Samsung Electronics has officially launched the Galaxy S26 series.

The new series, Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra, uses on-device Galaxy AI to simplify everyday tasks, with proactive suggestions, expanded multi-object search and deeper integration of AI editing tools for photos and videos. Samsung highlights new features such as Now Nudge, Now Brief, AI-powered call screening and enhanced conversational control through Bixby and selectable third-party agents.

For the first time on a Samsung smartphone, the Galaxy S26 Ultra introduces a built-in Privacy Display that limits side viewing angles for better privacy in public use. The series also delivers upgraded cameras with wider apertures and low-light performance, while the Ultra supports a new professional-grade video codec (APV) and larger thermal system for sustained performance.

Samsung says the lineup is powered by a customised chipset with improved AI performance, efficiency and thermal management. Security is reinforced with Samsung Knox, post-quantum cryptography and on-device privacy protections.
