Ten dead in separate road crashes in Machakos and Kisii counties

Ten people have died in separate accidents in Machakos and Kisii counties in a span of 24 hours, with several others nursing injuries. Five people died on Wednesday evening in a grisly road accident at Kapiti Plains along the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway—the same spot where a different accident claimed the life of a popular gospel musician earlier in the week. In Kisii County, four people died after they were run over by an overspeeding lorry at Choma Choma area. Serfine Achieng Ouma reports.
