Government pledges increased support for Maralal International Camel Derby

The government has pledged increased support for the Maralal International Camel Derby, promising sponsorship, enhanced marketing and international recognition to boost tourism and preserve cultural heritage. Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano made the commitment during the official opening of this year’s edition of the annual event in Samburu County.
