High Court fast-tracks case on Dangote refinery project

The High Court has certified as urgent a case seeking the disclosure of details surrounding the Dangote East Africa Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals SEZ project. Justice David Mburu directed that the matter be heard on a priority basis after considering a notice of motion filed by activist and petitioner Francis Awino. The case seeks information relating to the project, with the court now set to hear the matter on an expedited basis.
