Kindiki assures free and fair 2027 elections

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has assured Kenyans and the international community of a free, fair and verifiable election ahead of the 2027 General Election. Speaking when he met with development partners at his Karen residence, Kindiki sought to dispel allegations of planned rigging, insisting that the broad-based government is committed to accepting Kenyans' verdict at the polls. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has also warned against the spread of disinformation during the elections. Gatete Njoroge reports.
