Company Overview
Our Company is a division of a Middle East–based group specializing in corporate cleaning and restoration services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Cleaning Company Supervisors to join our team. The position will be based at our Westlands office. Candidates with prior experience in cleaning and restoration services will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple cleaning sites simultaneously
- Handle and coordinate multiple cleaning teams across office and residential sites
- Ensure high standards of cleaning, quality control, and client satisfaction
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and supervision on a regular basis
- Carry out site surveys and assist in quotation preparation and requisitions
- Manage cleaning materials, equipment, and stock requirements
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and performance of staff
- Prepare reports and update the Head of Operations on site activities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management company is a MUST
- Proven experience in handling multiple sites and teams
- Strong knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
- Exposure to office, commercial, and residential cleaning
- Self-starter with good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Well-versed in site surveys and quotation processes
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel between sites within Nairobi and the surrounding areas
- Prior experience in a cleaning or restoration services is an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
