Job Summary:
Provide technical consultancy and training in greenhouse and hydroponic farming systems aimed at improving productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on greenhouse design, hydroponic systems, and high- value crop selection.
- Deliver practical and theoretical training programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, farm assessments, and agribusiness planning.
- Support implementation of sustainable and climate-smart farming practices.
- Prepare technical reports, manuals, and training materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in greenhouse, hydroponic farming, agribusiness consultancy, or applied agricultural advisory.
- Proven experience in training, extension services, or advisory roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
