Job Summary:
Provide consultancy and training services on Integrated Pest Management to support sustainable agricultural production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on IPM strategies, pest diagnostics, and integrated control methods.
- Deliver training programs for agribusinesses, farmers, and institutions.
- Conduct field assessments and recommend sustainable pest management solutions.
- Develop IPM manuals, training content, and advisory reports.
- Promote environmentally sustainable and cost-effective pest management practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Entomology, Plant Protection, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience implementing IPM programs, agronomy advisory, or consultancy.
- Proven experience in research, extension services, or professional training.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
