Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- And/or Professional teaching qualification.
- Leadership/management training.
- Proven experience of leading and managing, pedagogy, curriculum and change in a senior leadership role.

Knowledge, Experience and Competences
- At least ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in a leadership position in an educational Institution.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in educational leadership
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and ability to set and work to deadlines.
- A strong analytic, performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation is necessary to inform strategy development and execution.
- Ability to use initiative, work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to develop effective and efficient systems and cope with changes in working practices.
- Self-starter, high energy level with strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity
