A Five-Star Hotel – Ukunda, Diani
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations Manager to join a five-star hotel based in Ukunda, Diani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maximize room revenue through effective inventory control and yield management.
- Supervise and train the reservations team.
- Prepare forecasts and reservation reports.
- Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
