The Ministry of Defence has released the list of candidates shortlisted for civilian jobs advertised in December 2025.

In a notice issued on Wednesday, August 6, the ministry said the shortlisting process for the advertised vacancies has been completed.

The vacancies include 30 Garden Assistant positions under Advert No. 1/2025 and 15 Support Staff/Sanitary Cleaner positions under Advert No. 2/2025.

Shortlisted candidates have been directed to report for interviews at the Ministry of Defence Headquarters, Ulinzi House, Lenana Road, Nairobi, on the dates and times indicated against their names.

“The Ministry of Defence wishes to notify the general public that the shortlisting process for vacancies advertised on 30 December 2025 has been completed,” read part of the announcement.

Candidates attending the interviews must present their original National Identity Card, academic and professional certificates, and testimonials.

The Ministry of Defence also cautioned applicants against canvassing, warning that any attempt to influence the recruitment process would result in automatic disqualification.
