The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has announced 221 vacancies across various tribunals and its internship programme, inviting qualified Kenyans to apply.

In a notice dated July 24, JSC said it is seeking candidates to fill positions in the Sports Disputes Tribunal, Co-operative Tribunal, Capital Markets Tribunal, Energy and Petroleum Tribunal, HIV and AIDS Tribunal, Financial Reporting Center Tribunal, National Examinations Appeals Tribunal, Tax Appeals Tribunal, and the Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee.

“The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 to promote and facilitate the independence and accountability of the Judiciary and the efficient, effective and transparent administration of justice. The Commission invites applications from qualified persons to fill the positions,” read part of the notice.

Of the 221 advertised job vacancies, 201 are Graduate and Diploma Internship positions.



How to Apply

Interested and qualified applicants should submit their applications through the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) Jobs Portal, https://jsc.go.ke/jobs-2/.

Applicants will be required to complete an online application form by providing their personal details, employment history, academic and professional qualifications, relevant training, and professional memberships where applicable.

They must also upload supporting documents, including an application letter, curriculum vitae (CV), national identification document, passport-size photograph, academic and professional certificates, and testimonials.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original certificates during the interview and submit valid clearance certificates from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), a recognized Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), and the relevant professional body, where applicable.

Applications must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
