ODM announces candle-lighting events across the country to mark Raila’s first death anniversary

The Raila Odinga Memorial National Steering Committee has officially opened a month-long period of celebrations to mark the first anniversary of Raila Odinga’s death. The committee led by the chair Professor Adams Oloo called on every Kenyan, every county and community to remember him and recommit to the ideals for which the late Raila lived for. Candle lighting events will also be held in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu tomorrow.
