Muturi accuses Gachagua of bullying and tribal politics in opposition
Description (show more)
Tonight, we begin with what appears to be deepening cracks within the opposition. Democratic Party leader Justin Muturi has accused DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua of political bullying and double-speak, warning that his remarks on three parties driving the opposition’s 2027 presidential bid risk undermining the coalition. In a hard-hitting statement issued this evening, Muturi vowed not to be intimidated by Gachagua, accusing him of using tribal arithmetic to divide the opposition. Emmanuel Too reports.
