Discipline services urged to speak out on mental health challenges to improve wellness

The discipline services across the country have been called upon to speak out on issues affecting them in a bid to improve their mental wellness. With mental illness said to be on the rise among the forces, a thanksgiving and wellness Sabbath service was held at the National Youth Service stadium in Mtongwe Mombasa County, where together with their families, they were called upon to stay strong in their faith even as they execute their duties.
