Speaking in Nairobi during celebrations to mark the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi said Kenya is looking to China as a strategic partner as it prepares its development agenda beyond Vision 2030.
